The reception staff, especially Jenny, were professional and kind. Their hospitality was excellent, and I appreciate their warm welcome. Mr Dillon, Mr Deepraj, and Mr Pramod at the reception also provided really good service with their smiling faces.

The location of the hotel was ideal, great to have a peaceful and quiet stay while still being close to various attractions. the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The hotel lacks proper communication about additional taxes and charges, causing unexpected costs for guests.

Although I had a positive experience overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. the room was smaller than expected, and the whole place had a bad smell.
